nice that you think Hillary is beautiful...
put it this way low-level thinker, Hillary never deleted one email... And the government never asked for any of the emails that were deleted.
hahahahaha you cannot prove me wrong... hahahahaha
Now the whitehouse under Bush did brealk laws concerning the private server used in whitehouse and millions of missing emails that were the right of the government oto have and never be destroyed. Do you understand the difference low-level thinker?
Hey did you know trumps people are using the trump corporate email system? Have those emails disappeared yet, which is a federal violation. See Hillary personal emails have never been required by law. Do you have a clue to how simple that is to understand. a 4th grader could understand it. _________________ when good people stay silent the right wing are the only ones heard. |

From Politifact:
Quote: | Clinton’s staff received a subpoena for Benghazi-related emails March 4. An employee managing her server deleted 33,000 of Clinton’s emails three weeks later.
The FBI found no evidence that the emails were deleted deliberately to avoid the subpoena or other requests. Clinton’s team requested for the emails to be deleted months before the subpoena came. They also argued that all the emails that would be relevant to the subpoena had already been turned over to the State Department. |
All fine and dandy assuming the FBI was above board with their assesment. Nevertheless, Clinton's emails were deleted AFTER receiving a subpoena for those 33,000 emails. |

People that know nothing about records and watch Fox can build an anthill into a mountain. Two things in your quote you went right by.
1. Clinton had asked for the e-mails to be deleted months ago.
2. FBI found no evidence that the e-mails were deleted to avoid the subpoena.
In a record keeping protocol, e-mails that are “public records” must be retained for a specified time. Other e-mails can be deleted—under guidance of the attorney responsible. A record of what was deleted must be retained. That’s almost certainly why it took months.
Now talking with an insecure cell phone at Mar Lago—in front of foreign born workers—and revealing secrets to Russians in the Oval office? That is careless and should be criminal. |

again she had given her lawyers all the emails and they went through them to determine which were personal and which were not by the law and subpoena.
read the part you cited, Benganzi related, her daughters wedding has nothing to do with Benganzi...
you and the government have no business in her emails to her daughter about her wedding and her personal life.
and in all the government emails turned over there was nothing going on with her work that showed any illegal activities what so ever.
and again the emails were sent or received so there is another party involved that would have used the state department or similar system that would have the other side of a communication that were released by Snowden to the Russians and world and to date, not one email has been shown to be missing from what her attorneys turned over to the government. The FBI would have access to the state department and other gov agency email systems.
again Benganzi even the top military believes it was the book that initially got it started at the time. And again the Republicans were the ones who denied increased funding for the state department security.
Now, remember the trump whithouse was or is using the trump server... ,, _________________ when good people stay silent the right wing are the only ones heard. |

Post truth world WWB weighs in in favor of crime.
My guess is that Mueller cut a deal for some expectation of relief from State prosecution. But only a sick person would root for pardoning a serious felon. Maybe he'd root for pardoning border crossings--if they were rich and white? |

gee with the right wing reasoning they would have asked Obama to Pardon Hillary years ago. was it 6 years of hate over emails and Benghazi. when it was the right wingers that pulled funding for security in the state department.
now that was a political partisan witch hunt that was investigated by the opposing party without one grand jury indictment. Not one shred of evidence of a crime and the right wing still goes after her. Including trump, lock her up.... _________________ when good people stay silent the right wing are the only ones heard. |
