And yet Mac ignores the facts, and in typical fashion shoots the messenger.
Like I said, if Trump is guilty It was not done as an acting official of the US government, AND USING THE POWER OF THE OFFICE FOR PERSONAL GAIN.

Trump was guilty--the foundation accepted the penalties. So you forgive his crimes as a private citizen as well as his obstruction of justice? False comparison, Trump's foundation so bad, self dealing, must be dissolved, he hides the records--is less than the Clinton foundation should be investigated?

What a tool.

It never surprises me how ignorant NW and crew are. I guess NW couldn't find a single post where he had spoken out against overt racism. Again, no surprises.

Those easily brainwashed by Fox and friends have been led to somehow believe that there is something illegal about foundations. Now I am no big fan of presidential foundations. They are vanity efforts, and I think we can find more important things to subsidize than Presidential libraries--their customary purpose. Indeed. I disagree with the tax exempt status of Tea Party foundations and churches that routinely ignore the prohibition against political activities. I don't like subsidizing whacky conservative messages, or anti-science.

While I think that the Clinton's involvement in their foundation was foolish politically, and at least a little sleazy, it was not illegal, and their foundation did far more good than Trump's--which broke the law against self-dealing. From politifact:

Quote:
The Clintons’ surge in wealth since they left the White House in 2001 — largely from hefty speaking fees and book advances — and their highly visible involvement in their foundation can leave the impression that they’re profiting from the organization, rather than actually engaging in charity work. This is not the case, but some Republican opponents have made it sound like it is.

"The fact is, if they’ve got about 80 percent overhead and 20 percent of the money's actually getting into the place that it should, then it seems like the only work that the Clinton Foundation is doing is lining the pockets of Bill and Hillary Clinton," said GOP Chair Reince Priebus.

PolitiFact rated Priebus’ claim False. It is based on a misunderstanding of how the Clinton Foundation works. In reality, about 80 to 90 percent of the organization’s expenditures go toward charitable programs.

How does this compare to the Bush foundation? Charity navigator gives that foundation 1 star out of 4. https://www.charitynavigator.org/index.cfm?bay=search.summary&orgid=10692Hypocrites on this forum--led by mrgybe--went ballistic when Charity Navigator took the Clinton foundation off their rating system--but failed to acknowledge when it was put back on.

The Trump foundation? From the Charity Navigator:

Quote:
On September 13, 2016, The New York Times reported on the operations of Donald J. Trump Foundation, a charity that has announced intentions to dissolve, in an article titled, "New York Attorney General to Investigate Donald Trump’s Nonprofit." For this reason, we have issued a High Concern CN Advisory. For more information, please see The New York Times article.

On November 22, 2016, The Washington Post published an article titled, "Trump Foundation admits to violating ban on 'self-dealing,' new filing to IRS shows." For more information, please see The Washington Post article.

On December 24, 2016, The Trump-Pence Transition Team issued a press release titled, "President-Elect Donald J. Trump Intends to Dissolve the Donald J. Trump Foundation." For more information, please see The Trump-Pence Transition Team press release.

On December 24, 2016, The Washington Post published an article titled, "Donald Trump plans to shut down his charitable foundation, which has been under scrutiny for months." For more information, please see The Washington Post article.

On November 20, 2017, The Washington Post published an article titled, "Trump golf course reimbursed President Trump’s charity amid ongoing investigation into the foundation." For more information, please see The Washington Post article.

On November 21, 2017, TIME published an article titled, "President Trump Is Officially Dissolving His Charitable Foundation." For more information, please see the TIME article.

The concerns raised about organizational legitimacy and/or federal tax law compliance are serious both in nature and scope and have thus warranted this CN Advisory. We have published this advisory to provide donors with content that they may find useful when making their giving decisions. The views and opinions expressed here are those of the authors of sources used for the reported information, and not those of Charity Navigator. Charity Navigator is not responsible for the nature or content of the information presented through such external sources and websites. For more information on how or when we decide to publish a CN Advisory, please review our methodology.

I have no pics of women I hate, because there are no women I hate, more fake news that you invented. But here's a woman that you can easily identify with, she speaks your language.

Matty.. put down your Breitbardt porn, and take a step back and a deep breath.. As an extremely loyal foot soldier, Mike Flynn has been polishing Drumpfs undercarriage since the day he brought him into the campaign. He was so in bed with Trump that he and his son retweetted the fake news story about Hillary sex trade, which a lot of low level inbreds like yourself believed. Mike Flynn was executing a quid pro quo to reduce sanctions on Russia in exchange for something we have yet to find out, but soon will.

Which is why Trump never released his taxes. What is funny about the inbreds is that they rant about criminality—but ignore the fact that Trump has cheated in every single thing he has ever done.
