we have been blessed with much rain at lake level, and lots of snow in our watershed. Our lake is up 11 feet since this winter's low, and rising at about 2 feet per day at the moment. We will likely rise past last summer's high water mark in just a few days.
Today's snow pack is at 167% of normal for the date, and more snow is in the forecast this week.
A bit early to get too excited, but for myself, I am dancing in the rain!

more water - we are now up 39 feet from the dismal mudflats a little over a year ago. Look how our AuxDam venue is coming back!!
this was Feb 1, 2016 @ 36,753acft (bottom pic), vs today, Jan 14, 2017 @ 174,279acft.
And 191% of snow normal for this date, stashed away in our watershed for the spring!

our lake just rose past 200,000acrefeet, and there are this morning 31.5 glorious inches of snow water equivalent stashed in our mountains, which compute to 238% of normal for the date.
Its going to be magnificent!!
