pics are from jupiter, or hobe sound.

yours truly on orange phantom 6.8 and cross 114.

one can MAXIMIZE wave sailing in florida by choosing realistic gear.

cohorts in pic have tiny gear by compare. yesterday i was powered to lit, planing and riding waves 85% of the time. others: more like 15-20% difference? gear choices.

there are boards on the market like my cross that provide 92% of slalom performance, and 94% wave performance vs the specialized stuff out there. yet, few in many wave venues realize this.

WTF good is super specific gear when one comes back of the water with a big mope? twisty stuff that allows really good rides in perfect conditions gets one what most days? the big mope.

where ever you choose, be realistic with your gear choices. then you won't pine for portland so much.

"AUGUSTA - Maine State Senator Amy Volk (R-Cumberland) is sponsoring a bill to address a potential shortage of engineers in southern Maine in the near future."

Beach access is not an issue here, yet... Good skiing/snowboarding and Boston are ~ 90 minutes away, and the Gulf of Maine is apparently warming faster than any other body of water in the world Shocked

You would probably like Portland ME; I hear it's like the other Portland. Give me a shout if you come to check it out.
