I windsurf is reading 17 average, best to rig your 5.8 and floaty board and get some sailing in. From past history, it can die by 4.
There are no sure things in Feb, what I consider as the worst month for windsurfing with November.
ANYthing you get is better than nothing. |

| Tomales was weak so ended up at Bodega. Lots of traffic but well worth it. Overpowered 5.3 on 86l. |
