I guess the Archbishop is mourning the Chevron loss in the Canadian Supreme Court. Canadian assets can be seized to pay for damages in Ecuador. Chevron can't blame that on corruption in Ecuador. Quick, divert attention by making fun of Obama.

Iran was definitely our greatest security threat--when the last crew of clowns invaded Iraq and wasted our international standing and military resources. Gybe has much to learn about clowns, leadership, and competence. No lessons in these subjects are offered by any sitting GOP congressmen, or the amateurs he is so fond of touting.

Thanks for the belly laugh. The idea that NW has any idea about what is in the Iran agreement, or whether or not it is a good deal, is hysterical.

The culture of making everything seem like it's working, no matter what it takes.
Another reason as to why a proxy-war by air only can never win, but it's only the effort that counts, not the victory, or moral.

'Revolt' by 50 US military intelligence analysts who complain officials changed their ISIS reports to make the terror army look weak

Large number of analysts claim censorship and manipulation by higher-ups at the Pentagon

Suggests serious problem in intelligence-gathering process that painted rosy picture of the Obama administration's war on the terror army

Complaints were signed in a written complaint to an internal investigator
Manipulation of reports allegedly reached to the highest levels of the US military

By J. Taylor Rushing, U.s. Political Reporter For Dailymail.com

Dozens of U.S. military intelligence analysts are openly complaining that higher-ups at the Pentagon altered their field reports about ISIS, raising the possibility that the Obama administration made decisions based on flawed assessments of the jihadis' capabilities and a preference for spinning over winning.

The reports on ISIS and the al Nusra front - al Qaeda's branch in Syria - are supposed to be based on analysts' straightforward, on-the-ground judgments of the terrorists, but were instead rewritten by U.S. Central Command officials, according to The Daily Beast.

The analysts wrote and signed their complaints – an unusual step – and sent them to the Defense Department's inspector general in July, alleging the watered-down intelligence was included in briefings to President Obama that downplayed ISIS's capacity to gain territory and otherwise wage war.

The long line of accusers suggests a longstanding, fundamental problem in how the administration judges ISIS's strength. In response, the Defense Department's Office of Inspector General has opened a formal investigation.

One defense official said the manipulation rose to 'the senior level of the intelligence command,' while others claimed it was apparently done to conform to the view that the U.S. is winning the war against ISIS – a view President Obama has personally conveyed to the American public.

Eleven different officials and analysts confirmed that view to The Daily Beast on condition of anonymity.

Even before Obama took office in 2009, there were simmering allegations that military officials were selective about their intelligence assessments of Iraq's weapons capabilities and ambitions before the U.S. invaded the country in 2003.

Some U.S. Central Command - Centcom - analysts noted the sheer number of complaints, calling the situation 'a revolt' and pointing fingers at the command's top leaders – who, they said, allegedly watered down info in the final reports that might make the administration's battle plans seem ineffective.

The raw intelligence reports, by contrast, claimed that ISIS was far stronger and more capable than the manipulated versions did, the analysts said.

Specifically, the analysts complained that critical intelligence was either removed or altered to give a different impression of their original assessment about the terror group.

Some claimed their reports were even returned to them for revisions, or not shared with Obama administration officials, because they were too negative.

A few said they were encouraged to retire.

Centcom spokesman Air Force Colonel Patrick Ryder would only comment on the general process that military intelligence reports go through.

'The Intelligence Community routinely provides a wide range of subjective assessments related to the current security environment,' Ryder said. 'These products and the analysis that they present are absolutely vital to our efforts, particularly given the incredibly complex nature of the multi-front fights that are ongoing now in Iraq and Syria.'

'Senior civilian and military leadership consider these assessments during planning and decision-making, along with information gained from various other sources, to include the insights provided by commanders on the ground and other key advisors, intelligence collection assets, and previous experience.'

No one knows what is in it. Side agreements haven't been released.

We DO know that:
There will be no U.S. inspectors allowed.

Iran can delay any inspection by at least 60 days.

Iran gets somewhere between 150 BILLION and HALF A TRILLION dollars ... enough to buy thousands of ICBMs from Russia and/or North Korea.

They are now ALLOWED to buy such weapons, plus any other weapons they want; that was prohibited under the sanctions.

The sanctions cannot be reinstated. This snapback promise is pure Kerry/Obamashit.

They get to upgrade their centrifuges, as they openly planned all along.

The intelligence chiefs, multi-star generals, and war historians have pronounced this deal the gravest mistake in the history of at least the U.S., if not the world.

Legal definition of a treaty: any agreement between two or more nations. Yet Obama declared this treaty a "deal" so he could bypass the Congressional 2/3 majority mandated by the constitution for any and all treaties. He clearly feels his legacy is more important than the future of the free world.

His legacy will bite the DNC in the ass and the world in the heart when the nuclear bombs start to fly.

These and many other better-kept secrets about the deal are being withheld from the public and the Congress simply because that's what the IAEA and the mullahs wanted. (Some congressmen are now being allowed to read some of the deal in a sealed vault, but must sign a document saying they can and will be prosecuted and imprisoned if they reveal any of its contents to anyone. It's THAT bad!)

The U.S. gets nothing in return.

There's much more, but you get the picture. The mideast nuclear arms race has begun, it's Obama's direct fault, the likelihood of nuclear war just increased very dramatically, and Israel is phuct beyond belief.

Very funny in that it also depicts the stereotypical civil servant and their work attitude. I think the funniest part was a civil servant claiming to have worked hard to get their job.

The hazards of watching Fox and never reading any original source documents are well illustrated by the latest nonsense from Isobars. Here are the top reasons that the deal makes sense and increases US security.

1. Iran is required to remove 14,000 centrifuges, leaving only 5,060. (People who have been paying attention know that Iran increased the number of centrifuges while Bush was president.)

2. Iran is required to reduce their stockpile of low grade enriched uranium from 8700 kg to 300 kg.

3. Iran is prevented, by the terms of the agreement and the reduction in centrifuges, from enriching low grade uranium to levels that could be used for constructing a bomb.

On the right, there is a lot of awfulizing about Iran having the economic resources to put more money into funding terrorism. A legitimate fear--but sanctions have not prevented Iran from waging a battle of influence with Saudia Arabia. On the left, some are hopeful that Iran will put 40-60,000 troops on the ground to battle ISIS. Neither of these are knowns, and the benefits of the agreement--and the inability of the US to exact more concessions without our allies--is very clear.

Facts are irrelevant to those besotted with Obama-hate. Spurred on by profit motives of weapons manufacturers.
