I think you mean the brave president who stands up against the brown shirt traitors....Hmm?

Corporal bone spurs? The coward in chief? Too much of a chicken to do his wet work in person?

Thanks for the holiday laugh demonstrating how deranged you are.

One of the articles will be obstruction of justice.

Quote:
“When his own Justice Department tried to uncover the extent to which a foreign government had broken our laws,” Nadler said of the Russia probe, “President Trump took extraordinary and unprecedented steps to obstruct the investigation, including ignoring subpoenas, ordering the creation of false records, and publicly attacking and intimidate witnesses. Then, as now, this administration’s level of obstruction is without precedent.”

Of course, obstruction of justice is what brought Nixon down.

mac you and your article are behind the times, the goal posts have been moved again.
What happened to "collusion"?
What happened to "quid pro quo"?
What happened to "bribery"?
What happened to "obstruction"?
Now, as of this morning it's "abuse of power", get with it mac.

It's a good thing their goal posts are not set in concrete, in fact they aren't even set in dirt, they are on movable stands, easy to move around when the latest goal fails or doesn't poll very well.

Try to pay attention NW, I know it's more than 140 characters, but try concentrating.

1. Trump has tried to solicit interference in our elections from Russia, Scottish citizens at his golf course, and China. That violates election standards--and the Constitution. No collusion is Trump's chant--collusion is not a crime.

2. McGahn's refusal to carry out some of Trump's orders made his obstruction of the Russian investigation slightly less severe.

3. There will be more than one article of impeachment--and obstruction of justice, on an unparalleled level in the history of our country, including Nixon, will be one charge. That was what my post was about. I guess it either went over your head or you couldn't control your impulse to divert.

Now let me ask you a simple question. Do you think that Trump's delaying funding for the Ukraine to help him in his re-election efforts was okay?

Everyone knows what Trump did, I suspect that includes nw30. So hopefully, Democrats will quickly impeach, the Senate trial will be entertaining, no conviction, but future presidents will be sufficiently cautioned.

Not even multiple, far left, rabid, long-term, never-Trumper professors could come up with any EVIDENCE of Trump's crimes. Being hated by leftist extremists is neither a crime nor a misdemeanor. Apparently that's the best the left can do, but even Trump opponent Democrat professor Turley shot down every accusation the left put forth, from having orange hair to whatever their complaint is today.

2020 is lookin' better every day for the GOP.

Impeachment does not require the commission of crime.

turncoat turley, via wikipedia...

Quote:

Turley, in his capacity as a constitutional scholar,[55] testified in favor of the Clinton impeachment.[39][56] He was extensively quoted by congressman James Rogan during the impeachment of Bill Clinton.[57]

On December 4, 2019, Turley testified before the House Judiciary Committee regarding the constitutional grounds for presidential impeachment in the impeachment inquiry against Donald Trump.[58] It was observed that the bases he expressed regarding his prior position that President Bill Clinton should be impeached diametrically contradicted the opinions he shared regarding the impeachment of President Donald Trump, twenty one years later. Those 2019 reports contrasted his extensive quotes from the separate processes.[59][60][61]
