Looking for a reasonably priced cover for my F2 Phoenix 320 (10'6" X 27.8").

I don't need a hard shell or a lot of protection, just something to store it in and carry to the nearby beach on roof-rack to avoid scratches, etc.

Most windsurfer bags I've seen are for smaller boards, what would you think about using a SUP bag like this?

Check out Epic Gear Bags. They have bags that are plenty wide and adjustable in length. Jim B at Sailworld can give you guidance between the Dakine and Epic[/b]

Google Midnight Products. Their custom bags are both better and cheaper than commercial bags, and they have a wide variety of bags and options available.
