Could it be because they are stupidly being lured there by airy talking points that have little basis in fact? Did you read the article? Seems to me that there are a number of serious problems surfacing in Texas that belie all the wonderful stories being ginned up.

Are you seriously thinking about uprooting and moving to Texas anytime soon? I don't think so, because I doubt that Texas has anything close to Malibu and its lifestyle. Of course, you could prove me wrong.
