If that doesn't solve your problem, let me know. They cost <$5 here.

Isobars, 5$, you must be in an alternate universe. I will let you know, where are you ?

I just dropped 220 on 2 weed fins. One is for my 8'4 naish, which had a brush with a jetty and big waves as the 40kt wind went to dead last fall. Other is for my 8'6 naish which the fin is a good inch shorter than it was 13 or so years ago.
Plan is to sand up the two bad fins and put them on the windsup. I cant deal with the seagrass and don't mind how truames blades sail.

I've bought MANY fins, including like-new Curtis B&J or wave, for single digits. The beat-up fins you inquired about are often free or 2 for $5. Current MFC fins with zero indication of any use might cost $30 or $40 ... minus $10 if scratched.

But then I AM in/near an alternate universe, by many criteria, by design. If I can help you, our next Gorge swap meet is June 29 and it can't cost much to ship a fin.

Thanks for the fin Mike, it worked great.

Griff sailed the big 2.5 kids sail today. He was able to tack it after a few tries, and even a few tack recoverys that turned into gybes. Pretty good for a 9 year olds 1st day out. He didn't want to quit after 2-1/2 hours. So fired up about it that he de-rigged by himself and didn't want any help.

U2-3, It worked well from the beginners standpoint. I sailed it a bunch as I was teaching, but with 7-10mph on a 2.5 sail, I can't judge yet. I could definitely feel it pointing upwind. Will check in later after more testing.
