My never to be fullfilled bucket list has to be Chicama, Northern Peru. Long lefts, sections that need connecting, S winds, and a voyage to get there.
Some say there are points in Atlantic Spain/Portugal that are better than ANYthing in California.
Just hearsay, but I have surfed it, Martins on a SE wind, big S swell, when the sandbars form from a summer of small swells......
I"ve seen it and surfed it, but didn't have WS gear, Limantour med tide, SE winds, S swell is CaboVerde in reverse. |
