NW , are you and Jimmy in lock -step on foreign policy? or just this one time?

Just this one time, I think Jimmy is concerned about his legacy more than anything else. I haven't forgotten, or forgiven him for going to Yasser Arafat's funeral, he was the only one from this country, and was not advised to do so. He's the ultimate peacenik which doesn't work in this world, but now he sees an opening for his legacy to be better than BHO's.
Not that there is anything wrong with being a peacenik, but you have to deal with reality.

OMG, this is funny, and I think both conservatives and liberals can laugh at this parody done by the Kurds.

Carter seemed to embody that spirit that the Teas had at first.
He avoided playing politics and wanted idealist outcomes.
He accepted those he disagreed with like Arafat and went often against Party.
As a result he was very ineffective.
Clinton was a politician. He presided over the best times in Modern America because he played the game.
He idolized Carter but learned from him the things that don't work.
