And can I get a new tendon for it? Isn't the beige color tendon a Streamlined?

It might be a Streamline base from as far back as the mid 1990s. Streamline tendons are beige but include a bit more red or pink hue than other tendons.
Simple answer, yes. You can order a tendon. It might be a good idea to measure the tendon diameter and confirm with Streamline for compatibility.

Take the old tendon out first before getting a new one. Some of the older tendons have threaded inserts that are not open all the way through, those use screws. The newer ones have holes that are meant for thru bolt and nuts, as opposed to screws. You might have to get new bolts and nuts with the new tendon, depending on what you find with the old one.
Kinda hard to tell from the pic.

The little bolts go all the way thru but they have metric Allen heads on them.
One interesting clue is the holes are directly opposite each other as opposed to a new Streamline replacement tendon where the holes are rotated away from each other.

Came apart really easy after spraying with silicone, not a hint of a crack however it's petrified hard and would crack if used I would assume.
The holes directly opposite each other a puzzle to me, is this the way streamline used to do it?
Diameter is 13/16"
Length is 2 1/4"

Thanks Joe, it looks like a Chinook tendon will fit.

Chinook tendon fits however the distance from the end of the tendon to the hole is less on the Chinook tendon leaving a small gap inside the base which was exactly the thickness of two pennies which I dropped into each end of the base.
I'm assuming the gap is not supposed to be there, I don't know because my other Chinook two bolt base will not come apart for comparison, so much for changing the tendon in the two bolt.
Eventually I would like to change my whole system as the US cup won't get me to below 8cm extension. I like the look of the North ratcheting shox and their base looks pretty well thought out as well but is there anyone in the US selling this?
