Reiner, these guys -- apparently the entire Left -- define "racist" to mean, "I'm out of facts and losing the argument." By their definition, the rest of us really are racists. The frequency of its use by them indicates the number of times they're out of facts and losing the argument. Their most common synonym for "racist" is, "denier", and if any Caucasian comments about any non-Caucasian being warmer than he would prefer, or being snowed in, or getting blown around, or just grousing about the weather in his back yard, the two words are completely interchangeable. Either word is about is about as meaningful and specific to them as when your dog says, "Woof". i.e., It's all many of them know. A few of them have a much broader vocabulary (e.g., one can also say, "bay tides" and some can even speak in short sentences such as, "Everything should be free"), but most of them just go "Woof". Sad

I didn't know which side I was on until in my 50s, when one of the mutts here woofed "racist" at me. That was my first awareness of their language and behavior, so I actually thought it meant something and took the time to prove them wrong.

Silly me!

The next several hundred such empty "woofs" simply reinforced my determination not to behave like most of them do. If that makes me a conservative, so be it. Since that time I've come to understand many, far more substantive, differences that leave no doubt on which side of that fence my values lie, defined pretty well by our Constitution and the failure of most large socialism experiments.

Dont be so lazy. Last time I did all the work for you.

FYI, I'm not harassing you. I'm challenging your wild accusations of others and me. Examples: racist, stalker, child abuser, child molester, McVeigh, ....etc.

Get it?

you really need to get some higher education... never said anyone is a child abuser or child molester, I asked if they were. I have used this one on several boards before and it is funny only you and 900club think is is a statement.

Here I thought by my experiences in life I had never met a dumb windsurfer I may have found them all in one place. But I still believe that windsurfers are much higher intelligence than the average.

They are not accusations, again first I do believe you MAY be a racist from the way you deflect conversations in a race debate thread. But the jury is out on that one. again right wingers do not even believe Strom Thurmond is a racist. I bet the majority of the 50% of the people in the south that are right wingers do not believe they are racists for believing a interracial marriage should be a jailable offense. You do not counter my point about you would never act predatory and as such defend in a pediphile thread. and yet you do. second your aggressive starting it troll posts show a lot about your personality that I see in racists. again to me that is another profile. To me I believe you play the victim game of the right wingers, your acting like a victim attitude also to me fits the tea party angry type of play victim enabling, which the McVeigh want a bees that are heros to many right wingers. I do not glorify any racist actions or McVeigh style hate.

as I said, lets do the moot court thing I just need to tie up some lose ends and be able to make it a sizable addition to the bet. Liquid cash is not here right now but in a year should be. You have not answered my suggestion, an all black jury for it.

So again when you do your aggressive style of posts I will point them out to you in the future, I thought telling you some were troll was enough to give you a hint. And if you disagree and keep being what I consider starting it and aggressive and/or harassment, that is your option and choice.

Again you do not find me starting it , but once a troll does I will not be backing down, my dyslexic words seem to be very powerful from what I have seen on many boards. It is amazing how right wingers can dish it but can not take wordsmithing like "McVeigh" if I owned the media I would slam that down the right wingers throats every single day. along with hitting them with the fact they love having the racists in their party.

Do you see the question mark? they are questions? He may answer any way he wants.

And again this was a question just like he asked about taking meds or to that effect. again in civil law a defender is allowed to defend themselves, in fact the right wing in many states have a law called stand your ground. . and also try reading the legal definition to "unclean hands" that has to do with this being the provoker. basically from what I have been told unclean hands means that person who starts it can NEVER file/get legal satisfaaction, the person who they harm can.

"A presupposition must be mutually known or assumed by the speaker and addressee for the utterance to be considered appropriate in context. It will generally remain a necessary assumption whether the utterance is placed in the form of an assertion, denial, or question."

Again I believe this is harassment, you did not quote the offending posters quote that I quoted in that reply. Thus not in context in my opinion. Again taking and not including the previous quote that I was dishing it back, well to me is deceptive which in MHO is transparent harassment. At this point I do recommend you retain legal council to advise you because I just can not get you to understand. I understand you are not educated to your potential, so talk to a lawyer who is.

again I keep suggesting you go get an education, though I am an engineer I took about 20 hours of third year business classes without taking the lower ones.

My business law class was good, and those principles are the ones I remember like unclean hands that you just can not get a grasp with. The offending poster who started it with me did the meds statement/question. He has unclean hands and would have a difficult time to take legal action and deserves what I gave him the very accurate parody that has you so "morally enraged". As I have said have used it before never seen others that whined like you two and seems only you and 900club can not figure it out.

my gosh my finance class professor told me I was doing the problems at a high level than his graduate students ever did, yes you can imagine I had an A for that class.

I took the GMAT test because I was contemplating to get my MBA, i like business stuff a lot. You can imagine my math/logic score was good top percentile of those who took the GMAT. Ya english vs these other college degrees test takers not the top half but close to it.

So to summarize when a person starts instigate-troll aggressive behavior a person has unclean hands and you will have a monumental chance of ever winning in an american court or most based off English law would be my guess.. to go to the extreme here in the USA, When you defend from what I have seen like laws of stand your ground you can even reply with significantly more force. In the US unfortunately it is to an extreme of if they "feel" just threatened they can use deadly force in many states. this is where the right wingers have taken it... and this is what right wingers do on boards like this all the time. They instigate to the point of being uncivil. Sometimes one just has to get the law involved before they do the full McVeigh. And the poster that claims they were threatened here should have used the law IMHO.

This is hilarious. I know this thread focuses on one lying Republican, but this is priceless.
Wisconcin Governor Scott Walker:
I remember, I was a teenager, had just become a teenager and voted for Ronald Reagan — limited government, you know, smaller government, lower taxes, strong national defense. You knew what you were getting. You knew how a Reagan administration, a Reagan presidency was going to be better for you.
Problem is Walker was 13 in Nov 1980, and 17 in Nov 1984.

unfortunately that was a transcription mistake. he did not say that...

Quote:
But according to John Hawkins, the blogger who conducted the original interview, Walker never said he voted for Reagan. The mix-up was a result of a transcription error.

“All I can do at this point is apologize for the error,” wrote Hawkins on his RightWingNews website. “This was our mistake and it was very unfair to Scott Walker who is catching flack because of an honest error on our part.”

Just when you thought it was safe to go back on the bridge:

Quote:
TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — Two key figures in a political payback scandal ensnaring Gov. Chris Christie's administration reiterated Tuesday to New Jersey legislative investigators that they will not turn over requested documents.

Lawyers for former Christie campaign manager Bill Stepien and fired aide Bridget Kelly said in letters to lawmakers that their clients would not cooperate.

Legislators investigating the blocking of traffic lanes near the heavily traveled George Washington Bridge had given the pair until Tuesday to turn over documents after they both originally refused to do so.

Their request that the subpoenas be withdrawn was rejected by state lawmakers, and the new deadline set.

Eighteen other people and organizations close to Christie have complied with similar subpoenas or have been granted extensions to produce documents on a rolling basis. The ongoing scandal threatens to upend any political aspirations for Christie, a Republican who's a possible 2016 presidential candidate.

The panel is seeking to find out from how high up the chain of command the order to block traffic near the bridge came and why the plot was orchestrated. Some believe it was to punish the Democratic mayor of Fort Lee, the town at the base of the bridge, perhaps for not endorsing Christie's re-election bid.

The U.S. attorney's office is conducting a parallel criminal investigation.

Federal officials also are investigating an allegation that the administration tied the receipt of a town's Superstorm Sandy relief funds to its mayor's support for a redevelopment project favored by the governor.

Makes you sort of wish for Michele and Sarah, eh? At least they weren't fat.

His lawyers cleared him. Let's hope it holds. He is the only sane one in the bunch. Seems like a "reasonably" normal guy. Loose 190 lbs, and he may even try a GO board.
