Im trying to figure out what my mast is compatible with. I know my sails ('09 gaastra/'11 north)are compatible with the newer naish masts but does anyone know about the flex charachteristics of this mast?(extreme wave 100% 400):

its not in the Peterman database.
I might try a Naish source, Hawaii perhaps, or a dealer like Big Winds
I did a search and found 0 on it _________________ K4 fins

I had the older Firestick 100 430cm version for a while...and sold it.
The bend was very compatible with my Severne S1 sails, but the mast was way too stiff for my liking. It made my sail feel dead. I use a Gaastra 100 430cm instead, and I like it very much. I use a Severne Redline 400cm in my smaller sails.
I am very picky. When you get the right mast for the sail, it feels so much better. Worth it in my opinion. Stiffness is also important. Here is another similar opinion...
