Wonder how this would work to keep sails "dry" and sand free along with no "water weight" due to wetness on the luff sleeve or other areas of the sail?!

Gets worn away pretty quickly. Lots of videos on YouTube complaining.
But even if worked, do you really want to spray paint your sails? This stuff is basically polypropylene and spray paint. I hate to use toxic stuff like this. Also, I'd worry about the solvents dissolving seam glue on the sail.
