I am heading to Marco Island for some meetings in March 2014. Probably be there 5-6 days.
Is there any sailing there that time of year? Would love to get some sailing in. |

The bridge that connects Marco Island to the mainland over which North Collier Blvd. passes can be very windy, too. Park and launch on the mainland side in the northern side of the road. I'm pretty sure it works on NW as I had a surprise sesh a few years ago with starboard, side shore launch from that beach. Maybe a bit NNW. _________________ Support Your Sport. Join US Windsurfing!

wiggins on a NW. better yet, boynton beach just below palm beach. low tide waves can be so good. marco island has zilch for waves.
the new bridge onto marco has been redone. can't remember if water access was redone or banned. was just there yesterday on business....
public water access really sucks there anyway. tiger tail requires $8 day fee, for what? lake mexico.
lots of free water access in naples. no rentals available. _________________ www.aerotechsails.com
