I don't see this bigot saying he was Tea Party but thanks for the wonderful link.
The reason Palin can continue to make conservatives look stupid is her support from Teas.
With leaders like this we need no enemies. |

KC--Certainly only a minority of the Tea Baggers are outright bigots. But Sarah's behavior illustrates the problem. Rather than confront the idiot with his racism, and say that such attitudes are not acceptable, she said that this is the kind of frank opinions that are welcome on her show. The portion of the far right that isn't bigoted, enables the bigots. So the Birch Society and the Klan are back, unrepentant, and enabled by the far right.
And those like BB will say hateful, bigoted things--unrebuked by their colleagues. |

All it proves is that a black man can be as offensive as you and a few of your right-wing friends here.

NW--thank you for your courage in being the first conservative on the forum to scold your fellow conservatives and say that racism is unacceptable, no matter where it comes from.
Oh, did I get that wrong? That wasn't your intent? Never mind. |

I can say tabernacle, the place where a minister stands in church, all I want as long as I don't do it in Quebec. It is more or less the dirtiest most offensive word in Canadian French.
In France it is a name for church furniture just like in English.
They called us hippies so we called ourselves hippies.
In frustration they called us freaks, so we called ourselves freaks.
See where this is going?
I hear the N word widely used among black folks in a friendly way to add emphasis or humor to a statement.
Bloody was once a very offensive term in England, now you hear it in church. |

...and "bloody" hasn't been anything more than mild profanity in England since before WW11. Never heard it in church. Maybe visitors have. BTW, a tabernacle is where the Eucharist is stored, not where the minister stands. |
