good early season vid; gets me fired up. I'm guessing the wind is onshore? Mounting is a little disorienting.

Side-on with a little onshore earlier. I made the mount in my garage, and I made another one for the back of my boom. Hopefully we get some more wind so I can try that one. I won't be using the mast top mount much.

First session for this season at Coyote Point. Wind was a bit light (about 16) when I launched and it took a while til the 5.0 got powered up enough..must be the winter fat. Saw that they've built a concrete ramp in the middle of the riprap area but not towards the end where us old folks launch..that sucks Sad

Early day today at A.L., on the water at 11:30, with some DOH sets coming in, then the swell started to fade, still big though. Most were on 4.2's, I was on my 3.7, and comfortable, but the water surface was about as rough as it can get. Glad to be home in one piece.

Yes, great day at A.L. Got there at noon and almost went home because it was too windy and rough. Saw the sets rolling in and had to rig. Another amazing 4.2 session with some huge sets. Just wish I could use another sail once in awhile as the 4.2 is the only one getting wet these days... good problem to have!
