But you said the cops were 70 miles away?

I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to get a hothead like this to take a swing at you. Then its on!

Don't be scared, Mike, you're a dedicated conservative!

The key words in that funny video were, "trailer park".

Notice, too, that he cut out the results of that final nunchuk flurry.

Mulekick84, I know Mike could do a fine job on this SOB, but listen I've heard about you in action, too! Come on, just pull out that psycho landlord attitude in you! You can do it, Tennessee!

Sometimes it's good to thump some young guns on their way up, so they
don't keep thinking they rule the world.

My feelings have nothing to do with the dickhead
being a kiter or Canadian. BTW!

Thus the expression the cops and police lawyers teaching us about armed self defense use in every class: "When seconds count, the police are just minutes away."

Nevertheless, our primary instructor, a national champion contender in several fields of police and martial arts combat, will not get involved when off duty unless his immediate family's lives are at stake. The guaranteed years of law suits and the guilt of taking even a murderer's life are not worth it.

Hey Isobars, can you please change your title to "Watch Out for Psychopath/Disturbed/Dangerous kiter? (or something to that effect) ???
And then describe this kiter description in the actual post.

Why do you have to put it in the main title? Is he kiteboarding with a huge Canadian flag on his back? Is he kiteboarding with huge plastic license plate on his back, or on his kite?

Is he the only Canadian kiteboarder/windsurfer driving a minivan that goes there?

I have a better question. Who care's if he pointed out that he is Canadian? I'm Canadian and didn't find his description offensive. Don't let your "political correctness" make you hypersensitive. He was calling a spade a spade, who cares? But then you all never miss a chance to jump on Isobars back about just about everything, like your "liberal" opinions are always the correct ones. Freedom of speech, but only if it aligns with your believes?

I guess going on about how you would apply "legitimate defense" and taunting an individual that is known to have a potential for violence or somehow mentally disturbed so that you could bring harm to them is somehow a more noble than pointing out they are Canadian. Perhaps you should edit your post as to not provoke others to follow in your footsteps.

Just sayin'

I spoke with the deputy sheriff in charge of the incident response that evening. I asked him whether the guy Benito (identity now confirmed by acquaintances) rammed still had the option of pressing charges, his reply surprised me: "There was no crime. The fellow he collided with took responsibility for falling in front of Benito."

Benny's target is too nice. He sails 10-12 hours in a day, often taking solo 15-mile downwinders, and virtually no one ever sees him fall. A reliable eyewitness also confirmed the deliberate and prolonged stalking and attack.

I plan to have a short, private talk with Benito if I ever see him again. It will emphasize such things as First Degree Assault, 20 years in prison, a six-figure fine, and that all it takes is a victim's signature on a complaint, that the only one needing to hire a lawyer will be him. "And, BTW, Bennie, being on starboard will not cut your prison sentence by one day, and your very mention of the word, "knife", escalates both the crime and the time."

Any further comments will be off the record.
