Probably pretty new, and maybe not available yet?
In 1984, I coverted my 9'6" Steve Colleta big wave surfboard into a windsurfer, but it didn't hold up from the pounding it got from Crissy Field and Coyote Point. Stress fractures all across the bottom.
I often use a 118 Magic Ride for SUP, and it should work in small surf also.
My Fanatic Shark 150 is both my lightest wind windsurf board, and my SUP.
My inflatable SUP works great as a tiny wave board, if the waves are smaller than 16". I've often thought to strap a mast base aboard, as I have 4 mount points equidistance from where I'd actually mount a mast base.

just heard back from them. should be avaible in 4 weeks. They are looking for dealers in the US. Will be interesting to see how the reviews go ? will keep an eye in this one. I hope they turn out to be good. (performance, but also construction/durability b/w hard and soft sections)

If I had "new board money" it would be going into one of these. Seems like an excellent idea.

I think this is an excellent option for intermediates. Think about all the nose impact they do, and on an inflatable that saves on a lot of board repair.

on their website. 1399.00 euro ($1500ish)

1700ish. for their "pro" model...but it even says on their site....it's just the graphics that are different...same construction.

hopefully some of the shops will get these soon and demo them. I like the idea for using as a foil board.

This is the type of advancement that needs to be proven before I would ever get on the bandwagon.

I've learned never to buy the first year, first run, of basically anything.

Suspect the application would be mostly limited to travel
