What say you religious right wingers who have a zero tolerance level to abortions. Are you ready to adopt children in the millions with severe birth defects and raise them on your own with no government assistance?

I want every one of you religious right wingers who vote to force people to have children to take a few of these children today, to not preach and to take action immediately.... Do the right thing for once in your lives vs telling others what to do.

Quote:
BALI, Indonesia -- As the Zika virus continues to cause severe birth deformities in babies whose mothers contract it throughout the Americas, El Salvador has advised women to avoid becoming pregnant for a full two years until the epidemic is eradicated. But women who are already pregnant with the disease are left with few options in a country where abortion is criminalized without exceptions.

The virus, which the Aedes aegypti mosquito transmits, is linked to the condition microcephaly, which causes babies to be born with abnormally small heads and severe developmental delays. Since Brazil confirmed the first case in May 2015, 21 other countries throughout South, Central and North America, including the United States, have since reported occurrences. Nearly 4,000 children have been born with microcephaly in the areas affected.

El Savador's government advised women on Monday to delay getting pregnant until 2018 -- an unprecedented recommendation -- while Colombia, Jamaica and Ecuador called for shorter delays.

The problem in El Salvador's case is that women who are already pregnant and contract the virus are still subject to the nation's complete ban on abortion, which has already put dozens of women behind bars for murder. Health workers worry the law could drive many desperate women infected with Zika to seek dangerous, back-alley procedures.

"Imagine you're pregnant already, and then you discover you have this virus, and then you discover that this virus causes this condition in the fetus," said Anu Kumar, executive vice president of the global abortion rights non-profit IPAS. "Then you're faced with the decision of, what do you want to do with this?"

Kumar, speaking at the International Conference on Family Planning in Bali, Indonesia, said the Zika situation highlights the public health problems that severely restrictive abortion laws cause. An estimated 47,000 women a year die from unsafe abortion complications.

Yeah, let the right wingers take care of this so that the left wingers don't have to get involved, keeping your hands clean and virus free.
Great plan.

Not really, those unborn babies are infected, so their body parts will be worthless, they won't be able to make a dime on those, besides, the heads are too small.

To be sure there are other issues associated with a bunch of "church dads" trying to control women's reproductive system. Just this week we have the Supreme Court rejecting the second "fetal heartbeat" law that the radical anti-abortionist/anti-religious freedom folks have passed. That means that the good taxpayers of North Dakota will pay the legal fees incurred by amateur politicians doing the bidding of religious extremists. And in Texas, we have the legal system absolving Planned Parenthood of any wrong-doing--and indicting the unprincipled folks that broke laws to spread lies about what Planned Parenthood was doing. Those screeching the loudest here will not apologize--or confess-- the sin of bearing false witness.

well religious right wing fanatics, so called right wing religious police... what do we do do you accept personally all these deformed children as yours? Raise them like thy are yours. Or do you say the birth parent has the right to decide on their own vs government and religious decisions in their lives by the religious right police.

come on your religious wacko fanatics who consider abortion your party's top priority.

You wackos who would stop healthcare and birth control for females at planned parenthood in the name of your fanaticism.

come on start the huge adoption of these deformed children. you hypocrites..

as noted the right wing with their so called religious ways being forced on everyone... I mean the american taliban... Again because you do not step up to the plate with your so called religious convictions (I mean hypocritical convictions that suit you conveniently till you break those commandments all the time) Well reality is hitting, either go adopt kids right now or these countries are realizing that their forcing of religion will destroy their country.

If you really believe in forcing your religion on the world get the F down there and start adopting or all these nations will be changing their laws and to your religious definition killing.

Come on right wing hypocrites start your adopting of these Zika babies... or keep your religion to yourself....

way past right wingers pay grade...

From a Gallup Poll in 2011, 27% of Republicans are pro-choice and 32% of Democrats are pro-life.

Painting the "right wing" with a broad brush should be reconsidered, since 32% of the left wing fall under your "American Taliban" label.

I guess you do not get it, the dems are in favor of the individual making their own decision by their own religion, Not making laws using their religion as the force for all. Vs right wing being the deciders of when a life begins by their religion.

the right wing platforms of the RNC are the american taliban with this as core central to the RNC brand. IE right wingers telling americans how their religion is, and how all must live. or the right wing will kill doctors (be terrorist and support terrorists) ie american taliban.

come on right wingers step up to the plate and go adopt 10-20 zika kids yourself. I believe your god is testing you here to see if you are hypocrites? Why else would he give you such a horrible option except to explain to you you are wrong about your definition of when a life begins.. what a test he has given you...
