27 children shot in my town so far this year. Still only August. 2,603 shot. Still only August. And you are worried about isis? This is just one town.

Unlike ISIS, guns haven't declared war on us infidels, unlike ISIS, guns aren't trying to sneak into our country to continue their jihad, and unlike ISIS, guns aren't wanting to capture women and turn them into slaves of every imaginal kind, and death to the ones who don't comply, but without wasting bullets on the inferior gender, guns are misogynistic by the way, they told me so.
It sounds like you need to move to a different town where people respect firearms and know how to use them safely.
Where are you, Chicago, one of the "towns" that have the strictest gun laws in the country, but where the guns are rampant and know how to hide from the cops, all by themselves, w/o help from humans? That town? |

| 27 shot this past weekend. That brings the total to 2,630 so far this year. Number of people shot by isis in the entire history of this city? Zero. I live 150 yards from a mosque. |

And your solution is...............
I think most of the conservatives here on the forum are fine with better controls on who can by firearms and possibly a restriction on assault type weapons and or magazine size limits. However, the assault type ban did little the last time it was imposed.
On the other hand, I doubt that a ban would make any difference with your community's problem. 27 people getting shot is a social issue, not a gun issue. I would venture a guess that few if any of the shooters were legal gun owners and none were conceal carry holders.
Any restrictive gun laws in place in your community now??? |
