... to me kiting is not a sport. You're hooked, there is little workout. All the kiters actually brags about that - "great sport, you don't need to work hard!". It's an activity, but good on you'z, they're all good.

Windsurfing can be quite a workout. I unhook all the time for freestyle, plenty of pushing as well as pulling. I keep my tacks real short so am always on the move. Great sport, great workout.

Other than that both are OK crowd, injuries I don't care, as long as they don't get more beaches closed. (Two in 5 years my neck of woods)
