That's some classy comment towards the end, Bard. Again, your judgement is based on prejudice and has zero relevance. The clip shows exactly what's happening: TV "news" channel distributing a prefabricated opinion, and the old, angry, white guy eating it up.

Could it be that these insurances, in spite of costing actual money, were not providing adequate coverage and left the insured hanging - ultimately at a cost to the taxpayer?

I am quite happy that what passes for insurance is not defined by small print but law.

Ah, yes. The Daily Caller.

Says Wikipedia:

"The Daily Caller is a politically conservative news and opinion website based in Washington, D.C., United States. Founded by Tucker Carlson, a libertarian conservative political pundit, and Neil Patel, former adviser to former Vice President Dick Cheney..."

A wonderful, middle-of-the-road, fair and balanced, unbiased source if ever there was one.
.

So it must be nothing but lies, lies, lies.
You do realize that publishing nothing but lies, lies, lies would bring a quick end to the Daily Caller. This is not an opinion piece but an article containing enrollment numbers and quotes from the chosen one, which were in fact either lies, lies, lies, or he was duped by his own ideology.

Source bashing is a very old, over used, weak attempt at making some sort of lame point that is a favorite of you, mac, and far too many who have nothing else.
Not much different than sticking your fingers in your ears, then running around in circles yelling "na-na-na-na-na!". It's an image that always comes to my mind whenever somebody source bashes an article that publishes numbers and quotes, quite humorous actually.

Fueser and Pueno, Millions of people are losing their doctors and health plans. Millions have huge deductibles that they didn't have before. Millions are paying more. And, in fact, more people have lost their health plans than have signed up.

Seniors are despondent. You my brown shirted friends would march like lambs to the slaughter if Obama wished it.

NW30,

You know, facts can be used to create almost any picture. Of course, the quality of chosen facts and how they're used don't always tell the real story. Use of facts without the pertinent details is usually a part of the classic ruse. How much do you know about the insurance plans that were canceled? Predictably, the Daily Caller doesn't really go into that. It's what's missing in the picture that is the key to understanding what's going on and why.

Does anyone here think the source and bias of facts matters, even if there are numbers in the piece?
The great thing about the net is that a long series of fake info just keeps the people coming back, as long that that info matches their bias.
National inquirer was once the widest read paper in the US.
Now Talk Radio fills that market.
Ted Cruz made 40 statements doing his fake filibuster that factcheck says were untrue. That speech made him a hero among the Teas.
Who needs facts?
The German people did not pay attention to the source of the stuff they heard and read in the 1930s.
The focus of that info was "protecting the family"
Sound familiar?

It's not that it's a steady stream of lies, lies, lies (as it was with Brietbart), but that it's a diet of innuendo, distortion, suggestion, hint, and incomplete or partial facts. It's shading, twisting, spinning information specifically to mislead the audience.

Fox does it.

The Daily Caller does it.

And, yes, MSNBC does it.

It hasn't brought an end to Fox... so maybe you're wrong.

Again.

I agree with Keycocker, all of Ted Cruz statements were lies and directed directly to hurt Obama personally. I mean, to freeze the government because he felt that ACA, wasn't ready for prime time...how absurd! look, we may have some problems with the website, but he was trying to save us some money by hiring the Canadians and choosing the cheapest route possible. How much did it cost again?$600.00 right? To cancelled Obama's credit card after 5 years of non stop progress...came on! Didn't you, Tea hatters, see the latest on job creation? and the huge number of business moving into the US generating more money and stability for our economy than ever before? And don't you come here and ask for a 1% reduction on the deficit spending, this administration barely spend enough to keep the white house golf course open..what in the hell you Tea hatters want?? Ted Cruz lies, and lies. I don't even think that he has any Latino on him, that last name was probably just to get votes from Mexicans...bastard!, So, once and for all, stop picking on Obama ok. He is wayyyyy better than Bush, and everything else he is being accused of was all because of what that Bush guy left behind. So go point finger at the right guy! Be honest with yourself and look at all the transparency that has already taken place in regards to the IRS (thank God, at least we have the right people overseen ACA) scandal? (I am sorry, that was fabricated...) Again, the Republicans paid Lois Lerner to lie on that hearing, but again, now we know the truth. Benghazi? Oh yeah he already put that guy in jail for his crime...you know, the one that made the video about the Prophet Mohamed? Besides, all that happened soooo long ago....And if you don't agree with all that, how can you possibly blame Obama for anything? After all he gets all of his intelligence and general info about what goes on the world at the same time we do on CNN. What, you tought he had spies listening around? lol Obama just wants the best for all of us, that's all Very Happy Sorry for my mistakes, I am young...and French...lol

You don't believe one word of what you typed. That is the definition of an internet troll.
