My new firend Chris and I had Pleasant Bay all to ourselves this morning.
A little light at first; then by 11, or so, it kicked in full gear.
When we left the access road, just below the hill, had about about 5' dry.
Ooops, my old sled has crept in to this site. I'm not sure what's more tired, the board or the worn out NP 5.0 Zone.
No regrets today

all I have is a harness.
I am in So Orleans.

You could try calling Jim at Sailworld in Buzzards Bay in the AM.

Hey RonC, the water must be awfully cold in the bay right now. It's the right wind direction, though. It looks like you don't have trouble with flooding in the parking lot until high tide today.
