As for whether the Benghazi cover up was a cover up, over 80% of the American people think Obama lies. And 61% believe he lied specifically about Benghazi. |
I guess like you, the majority of the American public was wrong.
The final report, from Chairman Mike Rogers, R-Michigan, and ranking member Rep. Dutch Ruppersberger, D-Maryland, concludes there was no intelligence failure prior to the attack, no stand-down order to CIA operatives trying to go assist at the besieged consular building and found conflicting intelligence in the wake of the attack about the motive and cause, which were reflected in early public comments by the administration.

This committee is dominated by Republicans and combines all the investigations.
All the made up political BS was fabricated.
The committee likely really wanted it to be somehow true.
It was not. |

Speaking of fake scandals,
Obama tried to limit the mass collection of data from our phones.
The GOPs bluff got called.
They stopped him.
The NSA spying was a GOP program from before Obama and still is a GOP program today. |

Any coincidence that he lied about being able to constitutionally or legally offer amnesty until after his final election campaign? The lying liar lied again. At least the Republicans were honest. |

I am curious what was honest about the long list of lies the GOP was screaming about Benghazi.
This group of Republicans presented the facts.
The FACTs proved that hundreds of GOP and the entire fake news cycle was completely dishonest.
Most conservatives are honest and there are honest Congressmen, but the GOP leadership lied about this.
For years.
And wasted tens of millions in tax money.
Our money.
In my view the losing party should pay the costs just like in court. |

The House Intelligence Committee, headed by the GOP, declared all the Benghazi claims false: The CIA Station Chief, the SEALS, and the now-dead ambassador, all there before and during the attack, all lied about the facts before and during the attack, despite hard evidence such as emails, letters. and recorded phone calls supporting their side of the story. Susan Rice didn't lie, despite Panetta's real-time briefing to the president and the videos of the president's Rose Garden speech, both of which she directly contradicted.
Sorry, but I believe the SEALS, Panetta, and the tangible, hard-copy evidence of the ambassador's forewarning more than I believe any committee of politicians headed by anybody. I'd love to see the committee's explanation of their total dismissal of all that. |

Bard--you've been caught without a fig leaf:

Wrong in every respect, no matter how much you want to believe it. |

Of course it was always easy to tell when Issa was lying--his lips were moving and he was smiling and pretend angry. Seriously, if anyone watched him and didn't know he was lying they have disable their bullshit detectors. Happens automatically the third time you watch Fox news. |
