Brucie I think it is time for you to head South to Gods waiting room.
I bet you would have had fun at Kalmus yesterday..........
In the fairy forest that is. _________________ www.Clew-View.com

Ron, I saw you leave when I pulled in. I missed the strongest wind, but still got plenty over at Egg Island. Very nice day for speed sailing there, even though the second sand bar stayed submerged the whole time, which made for short runs with sudden stops at the end. Conditions made 30 knots easy, and Dean hit 36 knots. Sunny, warm, shallow water - I'd call it a darn good day. |

I don't know what it was blowing at 12:45 yesterday, but the sand was blinding. The crazy wind made me venture further into the picnic area, scary for this scrawny weakling.
Although it was a little bit of an a$$ kicking, I'm good today as redemption came with some decent thigh+ clean rides along side the Cape's new senior SUP surf legend 'Creek Weeks up at CG. Speaking of a$$, mine went over elbow big time today with a classic tombstone move.
Next up Peter -- "SUN...NW WINDS 15 TO 20 KT WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KT" (with a weak outgoing morning tide to boot!) and Harvey Leonard says a breezy Columbus day!

JE, i missed you at Hardings on Monday; left before you got there. One of the best days of year for me. Never seen waves that nice at Hardings at high tide. No windsurfers, which was surprising...until Cathleen showed up, but she had a bit of a time getting out and not sure she ever did. some crazy shorebreak there. i wonder why everyone hit Kalmus with so much west in it, but i enjoyed being out there on my own for quite a while (and i'm sure no one missed me at Kalmus!). |

Yup I was up in Boston when the big wind was happening. I love Hardings when it is 4.2-3.7m! Just full on Gorge like conditions!
Not sure why people would go to Kalmus in a West? Hardings in the off season is great and has endless parking.
Oh but according to Brucie we did not have fun and it sucked. _________________ www.Clew-View.com

Most people were hard at work that day, Evans and outcast. You, however, were not. I do give you credits for risking your lives, not enjoying it much, but reporting here as to what a great time you had. |

Maybe work smart, not hard?
I'm sorry Seedy.....did you somehow get a job? Or is it still the Living with Mom act? B-Rabbit brought that justice in 8 Mile, but you ain't a rapper.
Thought you had promised not to post here anymore and instead were opting for the "Sporting Life" blog.......(BTW....That kind of code went away in the 50's, and the closet door is open if you want.)
And as far as risking our lives at Hardings........how did you find out about my fin cut?.....another 5 feet, and it would have missed my heart by inches.
You know the rules by now....stay on topic....amplify, don't nullify. I don't know if we had a "great time".....but it's probably ok on a Windsurfing Forum to say that you had fun sailing.
......You were doing SO WELL there for a while.....Please count the pills..... _________________ https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=2&v=zw0MgkO7VXw
