These photos of Evans and Amphibious Rodent, shot 2 weeks ago on the Cape Cod Nat'l Seashore, are courtesy of Michael Cuoco of Orleans, who was a lucky witness to the show. Thanks for sharing the pix, Michael!!!

Guys who only sail in the Gorge or waves don't really get how hard it is to land a forward clean when it's that flat or when ALL your ramps are upwind take-offs. Add to that, the fun of being the only person on the water/shore for miles around and still going for it ("please, God, don't let anything go wrong").... respect for these guys. Perfect technique on the forwards too!

Nice loops! If you ever get your hands on a copy of the Windsurfing Encyclopedia DVD, there's a guy in Aruba who was an incredible flat water jumper/looper. He could plane out of loops in dead flat water and chop hop over boats. I think his name was Joroen Weststrate or something like that. Dasher had some video of him and some of the ABK guys in Aruba, and it was what inspired me to start learning freestyle... actually, the Hoss Tack was the hook!

If anybody has some archived footage of these guys, it would be really interesting to see it again!
