Since you haven't seen the video (despite proclamation of "video of my full-speed dismount) and I have, I will describe it for you. I invite you to ask any of the people who also saw the video (you'll find them in the thread) to tell you if I describe it inaccurately.
I had no issue with the dismount (which looked goofy, but you were in a tight spot going about 12 mph and needed to get off the board. Besides, you know I like goofy.) If you go into past threads you'll see that every time I bring up the video I always mention the windsurfing before the dismount. It was you on a reach, looking not well trimmed or balanced or dynamic or fast or like anything but just another intermediate duffer on the water. Not that there's anything wrong with being an intermediate duffer, but when that video is compared to your descriptions of yourself, there is a bit of a disconnect. You look like someone who needs to be asking for advice, not giving it.
(Windoggie, Bates, WestEnder, NickB all posted that they saw it. Perhaps you could ask them if the above description is accurate. I'd list Wooot but you've called him a proven liar.) _________________ Michael

So the guy with the camera got me vastly underpowered. That means ... what? |
