There are two right here in the iW classifieds, and Big Winds and Windance have them now and then.

I was looking for a deal on a 100L freestyle last year but didnīt find any until I just sent emails to a bunch of stores and actually got very good offers from a few. You might give that a go, just drop some mails and see what happens.

Best deals in our store were never online. too easy to sell locally.

I love these guys. You should search their site. Also NP Maui and the other shops over their always have used boards. Keycocker, do you have anything?

I've dealt with progressivesports before and they're a great shop. I check their used section quite often but haven't seen anything come up. I've also emailed the NP Maui shop a little while ago as they have a couple FSW boards but they haven't replied yet.

The Exocet Sting is a freeride board and I assume it will have the straps WAY too far outboard. That's my current problem using a freeride board in waves.

cross 104 or 114

2013 X-Wave 101 or 111.

the whole FSW thing is quite the misnomer. free ride boards can be great in the surf. the Cross boards have the cross venue ability most people need. the X-waves are pretty decent free riders for some.

neither are racy as the Sting. that's something i liked, but few others did. too bad, it was a terrific board.

the 2011 Cross 114 was actually a half year ahead of the 2012's. it lead to the next year's re design. it is very good.

Is there any where on the west coast that I can try the XWave 111?

When it comes to buying boards on-line, I will always pick them up at the shop or home. I have never had anyone else package and ship a board for me. I bought one from Progressive, picked it up, sailed with it that winter in Florida, then packaged it and brought it back via JetBlue with me. As to 110 liter boards, there are some great deals to be found. I watched one sit in the shop in Buzzard's Bay for two years. It was in need of repair, and they didn't do it. Once the price dropped to $200 I bought it. It looks great now and is ready to sail. I came to this thread curious about it's value. I know now that the time I spent working on it was worth while.
