again no word on the right wing owned media about the shutdown stopping the BASE of the right wing party from having their party.
Again if it was a liberal media this one is great for the front pages as it is so despicable.

KKK Rally At Gettysburg Canceled Because Of Government Shutdown
Quote: | A Ku Klux Klan rally planned for Saturday, Oct. 5 has been canceled because of the government shutdown.
On Sept. 26, officials at Gettysburg National Military Park granted a special-use permit for a rally to a Maryland-based KKK group. According to NBC 10 Philadelphia, the event was canceled when park officials rescinded all permits for special events because of the shutdown, which began 12 a.m. ET on Tuesday.

I'm curious, what your conclusion is why that the conservative media would not run these stories that you are citing? |

US military has an entire section devoted to media and propaganda for influencing other countries. So one can conclude if the US military keeps such groups in operation it obviously it is effective.
One of their recent endeavors was a arab TV network that was started and ran outside Washington DC.
Some of these psy ops military were even caught working in the US media while on the payroll of the military. But once they quit themilitary where do you think they would go work, a McDonnalds or a bus driver?

Quote: | America has been struggling with its image in the Middle East for decades but, after Iraq, Arab opinion plummeted. The Bush administration felt it had to act fast to explain America to the Arab world. So it began spending about $100 million a year on a U.S. government news channel in Arabic. It's called "Al Hurra," meaning "The Free One." |
Quote: | Maybe it was an odd idea that news of the Middle East would be edited and broadcast from Springfield, Va. Al Hurra, the U.S. government news channel broadcast throughout the Middle East in Arabic, is headquartered there. |
so the right wing are willing to spend 100 million a year of taxpayer money because they know that control of the message is worthless. No, because it is effective.
Quote: | But people in the Middle East, including U.S. diplomats who speak Arabic, have been complaining about Al Hurra's "quality" and "professionalism."
The channel got off to a bad start in 2004. After Israel assassinated the founder of the militant group Hamas, Al Hurra stuck with a cooking show. |
another very disturbing issue which is never discussed by the so called liberal media is that to win an election in the US my guess is 90% of the money goes to TV advertising. Thus the liberals are giving the right wing owners of the media all their money ... for it to be used against liberal causes. again this is obvious and yet you would not be able to find any media in the US covering such a obvious issue. |

So your saying that they are leaving these stories that you cite out is propoganda? If so, what is the message they are trying influence and why? What is their agenda and what do they have to gain?

Baja thinks any story found on the net that he does not see on the front page of all papers is proof of media bias.
Doesn't matter if the story is run on numerous media outlets.
It is a conspiracy if he doesn't see it himself on TV or the papers.
He doesn't subscribe or buy any newspapers so he finds a LOT of proof.
Pointing out that we all saw it on the news except him has no effect on his "proof"
He doesn't think the media is operated for a profit. They are all in a conspiracy together from the day they enroll in journalism school until they die.
This is widely believed on the Far Right but he appears to be a lefty with the same but opposite view, taken from the same media the teas swear is left.
He is not alone on the left. |
