Trump Warns Arabs To Leave “Holy European Land Of Israel” Alone And “Go Back To Asia”

Quote:
Israeli Ambassador to the United States Ron Dermer could hardly contain himself Monday during a meeting with Donald Trump after the president mistakenly implied Israel is not located in the Middle East. “Our Secretary of State has done an incredible job,” Trump said at a meeting with Dermer, Rex Tillerson and other U.S. and Israeli officials. That’s when the president made his geographical blunder: “We just got back from the Middle East,” Trump said to the room. “We just got back from Saudi Arabia.” Dermer can be seen stifling a laugh while he throws his face in his hand. He quickly moves his hand through his hair, disguising his inability to handle the president’s gaffe. Israel is a Middle Eastern country located on the Mediterranean Sea.

This Billionaire Governor Taxed the Rich and Increased the Minimum Wage — Now, His State’s Economy Is One of the Best in the Country

Quote:

The next time your right-wing family member or former high school classmate posts a status update or tweet about how taxing the rich or increasing workers’ wages kills jobs and makes businesses leave the state, I want you to send them this article.

When he took office in January of 2011, Minnesota governor Mark Dayton inherited a $6.2 billion budget deficit and a 7 percent unemployment rate from his predecessor, Tim Pawlenty, the soon-forgotten Republican candidate for the presidency who called himself Minnesota’s first true fiscally-conservative governor in modern history. Pawlenty prided himself on never raising state taxes — the most he ever did to generate new revenue was increase the tax on cigarettes by 75 cents a pack. Between 2003 and late 2010, when Pawlenty was at the head of Minnesota’s state government, he managed to add only 6,200 more jobs.

During his first four years in office, Gov. Dayton raised the state income tax from 7.85 to 9.85 percent on individuals earning over $150,000, and on couples earning over $250,000 when filing jointly — a tax increase of $2.1 billion. He’s also agreed to raise Minnesota’s minimum wage to $9.50 an hour by 2018, and passed a state law guaranteeing equal pay for women. Republicans like state representative Mark Uglem warned against Gov. Dayton’s tax increases, saying, “The job creators, the big corporations, the small corporations, they will leave. It’s all dollars and cents to them.” The conservative friend or family member you shared this article with would probably say the same if their governor tried something like this. But like Uglem, they would be proven wrong.

Between 2011 and 2015, Gov. Dayton added 172,000 new jobs to Minnesota’s economy — that’s 165,800 more jobs in Dayton’s first term than Pawlenty added in both of his terms combined. Even though Minnesota’s top income tax rate is the fourth highest in the country, it has the fifth lowest unemployment rate in the country at 3.6 percent. According to 2012-2013 U.S. census figures, Minnesotans had a median income that was $10,000 larger than the U.S. average, and their median income is still $8,000 more than the U.S. average today.

By late 2013, Minnesota’s private sector job growth exceeded pre-recession levels, and the state’s economy was the fifth fastest-growing in the United States. Forbes even ranked Minnesota the ninth best state for business (Scott Walker’s “Open For Business” Wisconsin came in at a distant #32 on the same list). Despite the fearmongering over businesses fleeing from Dayton’s tax cuts, 6,230 more Minnesotans filed in the top income tax bracket in 2013, just one year after Dayton’s tax increases went through. As of January 2015, Minnesota has a $1 billion budget surplus, and Gov. Dayton has pledged to reinvest more than one third of that money into public schools. And according to Gallup, Minnesota’s economic confidence is higher than any other state.

Gov. Dayton didn’t accomplish all of these reforms by shrewdly manipulating people — this article describes Dayton’s astonishing lack of charisma and articulateness. He isn’t a class warrior driven by a desire to get back at the 1 percent — Dayton is a billionaire heir to the Target fortune. It wasn’t just a majority in the legislature that forced him to do it — Dayton had to work with a Republican-controlled legislature for his first two years in office. And unlike his Republican neighbor to the east, Gov. Dayton didn’t assert his will over an unwilling populace by creating obstacles between the people and the vote — Dayton actually created an online voter registration system, making it easier than ever for people to register to vote.

The reason Gov. Dayton was able to radically transform Minnesota’s economy into one of the best in the nation is simple arithmetic. Raising taxes on those who can afford to pay more will turn a deficit into a surplus. Raising the minimum wage will increase the median income. And in a state where education is a budget priority and economic growth is one of the highest in the nation, it only makes sense that more businesses would stay.

It’s official — trickle-down economics is bunk. Minnesota has proven it once and for all. If you believe otherwise, you are wrong.

Now that NBC is turning into Fox. again gerta and megan are now at NBC is big positions. Ya we just do not have enough ultra partisan right wingers out there like Fox. You know the media must be so partisan libaeral because well we only have every part of the government with elected and right wingers controlling them. Surely the media must be liberal somehow. Geee talk radio has what not one liberal that has ever had a national show for several years. Ya only 90% of talk radio is ultra right wing religious or ultra right wing. Even most of the presidents idiots come from alt right wing media.

Yep just oo much so called liberal media seems to be out there. So what does NBC do they hire Fox idiots. Even for MSNBC. And here is the trash they put on.. when the liberals on that network are even surpassing Fox people for the first time in cable history, and the moron has been removing the liberals for the past year.

The only liberal years ago to start beating Fox, Chenk Uber was a temp fill in for a 6 month period, and the executives told him to stop being so liberal of ... well they did not hire him when the host was well. Again the highest performing ever on MSNC and they tell him to cool the attacks on the right wing.

Now they give time to a 9-11 conspiracy idiot that the government did it. and that sandy Hook never happened... because a right wing fanatic gun loving family was responsible.

Megyn Kelly, NBC Under Fire Over ‘Sickening’ Alex Jones Interview

Quote:
NBC News and Megyn Kelly are under fire for giving airtime to far-right radio show host and conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.

In the past, Jones has claimed that the 9/11 attacks were an “inside job.” He also said the parents of the 20 students murdered at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012 were actors and the deaths of the children as well as six school employees were all faked.

Kelly was criticized on social media for what some saw as an attempt to normalize Jones and his outlandish and untrue claims. She defended herself by saying President Donald Trump had praised Jones and appeared on his show. She also noted that Jones’ InfoWars was given credibility when the site received White House press credentials.

“Many don’t know him; our job is 2 shine a light,” she wrote.

But that didn’t slow the outrage. Some viewers even called for a boycott of the network over the upcoming interview. Here’s a sampling:

Don't worry about your precious liberal dominated media, it's still very alive and well.

CNN's Fareed Zakaria Hails Trump Assassination Play As 'Masterpiece.' (His Employer Sponsors It)
June 12, 2017

CNN serial plagiarist Fareed Zakaria went to see a production of Julius Cesar in New York's Central Park, a play that we now know depicts the gruesome assassination of President Trump. Nothing wrong with that. Zakaria might not have known what he was in for.  But after it was over, Zakaria so enjoyed the bloody spectacle, was so enthused, he declared the play a "masterpiece" and publicly recommended it to others.
"If you're in NYC, go see Julius Caesar, free in Central Park," Zakaria tweeted 13 days ago, "brilliantly interpreted for Trump era. A masterpiece[.]"
Last week The Daily Wire broke the news that Zakaria's employer, Time-Warner, parent company of CNN, is one of the sponsors of Trump's nightly assassination.
And if you are wondering what exactly it is that a prestigious CNN star and anchor is praising as a "masterpiece" and is eager for others to see, here is video — and yes, it is as bad as you thought:

Already two high-profile sponsors have dumped their sponsorship of this assassination porn, Delta Airlines and Bank of America. As of this writing, though, most (including American Express and New York Magazine ) continue to stand by the idea that it is acceptable to stab the American president to death every night on stage.
And naturally, so does Time-Warner, owner of a CNN that has spent the last year not being very subtle in expressing its desire to see Trump assassinated.
CNN is a left-wing hate machine, and over the past two weeks some of those chickens finally came home to roost. After two years in second place in the ratings, not only did CNN fall into last place behind MSNBC in May, but only after sponsors threatened to leave did CNN find it necessary to fire an employee who staged Trump's decapitation. Just a few days later, CNN was finally pressured into cutting ties with Reza Aslan for smearing Trump as a "piece of sh*t."
Worse still, high-profile CNN stars Jake Tapper and Gloria Borger (along with three other fake journalists) were forced to issue a humiliating correction on a Huge Anti-Trump Story that turned out to be as absolutely wrong as a story can be.
And now we find out that CNN's parent company is not only sponsoring President Trump's nightly assassination, but that Fareed Zakaria, an elder statesman at the network, hails and recommends this assassination porn as a "masterpiece."
I would just like to close by reminding everyone that CNN is one of the primary news outlets responsible for getting a rodeo clown fired … because the rodeo clown wore an Obama mask.

Cnn is the training ground for Fox....

CNN does not have any what I consider top of the line partisan liberals. Go to MSNBC for that, but again MSNBC has has right wing ultra-partisan elected right winger Joe on for 3 hours a day for how many years. And his right wing side kick mika.

But again CNN has no ultra-partisan liberals. It is the training grounds for Fox. Just ask tucker, Larry King, Nancy Grace, Jack Cafferty, Glen Beck, Erik Ericksen, Paula Zahn, Hummer, rick Sanchez, Lou Dobbs, Bill Schneiderman, Byron York,

Look Cory Lewandowski even has/had a job at CNN.

what liberal would ever hire any of the aforementioned... Not one...

why are these people giving trump this attention by doing such ridiculous things? I didn't see the play but couldn't they have trump be Hitler instead... and shoot himself? Is that how hitler died?

I thought the right wing was all about not being politically correct, but they seem to be now...

Las Vegas man admits concocting story about Harry Reid's eye
By NICK GASS 04/27/2015 07:21 AM EDT Updated 04/27/2015 02:11 PM

Quote:
No, Harry Reid was not beaten up by his brother, says the man who concocted the false rumor to explain the Senate minority leader’s injuries after an exercise accident several months ago.

Larry Pfeifer told the Las Vegas Sun that he made up the story after being appalled that conservative blogger John Hinderaker published a rumor that Reid’s injuries occurred as a result of a Mafia enforcer roughing him up.

“It was just so outrageous,” Pfeifer told the Sun. “The fact that someone can say something completely false that can destroy somebody’s life, it’s just wrong. Where’s the moral compass?”

Pfeifer said he fabricated the story that Reid’s brother Larry showed up drunk to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting on New Year’s Eve and claimed he had beaten up a relative.

Pfeifer, whom the Sun describes as a former consultant in the nightclub and entertainment industry, said he thought the episode “would be over in a day and a half.”

Hinderaker, who was guest hosting Laura Ingraham’s radio show when Pfeifer called in, said later that he had “absolutely no idea” whether the tale was factual. Pfeifer “called me and told me this story,” Hinderaker said. “He’s related it consistently. Whether he’s right or not, I don’t know.”

Rush Limbaugh also passed along the story but stopped short of presenting it as fact. Still, Pfeifer blasted their decision to broadcast it without properly vetting the details or the source.

“They had no problem using a story that had nothing but some guy’s word,” said Pfeifer, who said he used the pseudonym Easton Elliott to spread the tale. “Not one of them knew my real name. I didn’t even give them my phone number.”

Reid has said that his injuries occurred when an elastic exercise band snapped and caused him to fall into a cabinet, and his aides have publicly ridiculed the conspiracy theories surrounding the incident.

Pfeifer told the Sun that he hopes he is able to spread his new story and that he will be able to make appearances in national media to address the “bloodthirsty” partisan media.

He said he now feels bad for any harm he may have caused to the Reid family.

“I would really like to apologize to Harry Reid and his brother. What I did was [expletive] up,” he told the paper.

ah someone else noticing...

Quote:
The man in charge of MSNBC has made it clear that he wants to make the network whiter and more conservative – even though the ratings of progressive shows are skyrocketing. He is, in the words of reporter Ryan Grim, “resisting the resistance.”3
Andrew Lack, the chairman of NBC News and MSNBC, aims to make them more “centrist,” by which he means bringing in conservative voices. Just look at the recent hires:4,5,6
• Nicole Wallace, a former spokesperson for President George W. Bush and Sen. John McCain, will get her own show.
• George Will, the conservative columnist, climate denier and campus rape apologist, signed a lucrative contributor contract.
• Hugh Hewitt, the right-wing talk radio host who recently defended Trump’s firing of FBI Director James Comey, will get his own show.
• Megyn Kelly and Greta Van Susteren, both conservative former FOX News hosts, have been given daytime TV shows.
In the process, Lack has pushed out Black and Brown talent including Melissa Harris Perry, Alex Wagner, Touré Neblett, Dorian Warren, Michael Eric Dyson, Adam Howard, Jamil Smith, Jose Diaz-Balart and Tamron Hall. In fact, Lack has a history of replacing Black on-air personalities wherever he goes.7 America needs voices like these now more than ever, and we need to make it clear to Lack that we are paying attention and there will be consequences.

Quote:
The utterly absurd part of all of this is that the ratings of progressive shows are skyrocketing. With Rachel Maddow, Chris Hayes, and Lawrence O’Donnell in the lead, MSNBC is beating FOX News in the ratings for the first time. And it has nothing to do with Lack – his hand-picked shows are tanking while progressives soar, a fact that, according to reports, “makes him furious.”8
It has not yet changed his strategy – he kicked Joy Reid and Al Sharpton to weekends and replaced them with beltway hacks, and Nicole Wallace is replacing Maddow protege Steve Kornacki.9 But the clear evidence of powerhouse ratings for progressives combined with sharp public pressure could make Lack reconsider his conservative approach, so we must speak out.

the idiot who is hiring the fox fake news pros is getting schooled...

again every branch of government is controlled by ultra right wings, and the only real liberal partisan TV cable is cable MSNBC and they have right wingers that have 3 hours and they are bringing in more right wingers.

well fox ulra right wing Gretta is doing so bad with fox right wing people that they have now pulled the plug. Again they hired her and the others from fox even though the liberals ratings were even beating fox ratings...

http://www.vanityfair.com/news/2017/06/msnbc-greta-van-susteren-part-ways

Quote:
The decision comes as much of the rest of MSNBC has been enjoying a ratings resurgence, and, in some cases, dominance over Fox News. For the first time in 17 years, the network beat both Fox News and CNN in prime-time viewership on weeknights in May among the crucial 25-to-54 age demographic—a giant 118 percent leap from a year earlier. In the full second quarter, according to ratings released by Nielsen earlier this week, the network came in second behind Fox for total day viewers, but its growth from a year earlier outpaced both its rivals. Much of this growth is due to prime-time anchors like Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O’Donnell, whose nightly newscasts have tapped into a potent mix of liberal anxiety and schadenfreude over the Trump presidency. In the second quarter, Maddow’s show won the demo in prime-time, though Fox’s Tucker Carlson had the highest number of total viewers. Van Susteren’s show, however, fell behind its rivals in the 6 P.M. hour.

Last month, in a New York Times profile about the network’s ascendancy in the age of Trump, NBC News chairman Andrew Lack seemed to hint that there was trouble brewing for the show. “It’s not breaking out,” he said. “Everybody wants every new show to break out Day 1. I think it takes time. He added: “I’ve got a lot of patience.”

That patience ran out, however, at the same time as Lack and executives at NBC had been putting out fires with Van Susteren’s former Fox News colleague Megyn Kelly, who has hit repeated bumps in the road since her Sunday evening show premiered earlier this month. The network has had success with other conservatives, including Joe Scarborough on Morning Joe and with the recent premier of Nicolle Wallace at 4 P.M. But Van Susteren's slightly wonky right-centrism didn’t catch. It is unclear whether she made sense outside of Fox News in 2017, and whether a star at that network can shine anywhere other than the very particular universe that Roger Ailes and Rupert Murdoch created. For now, NBC is still betting that Kelly's star will. Her morning show is set to debut in September.

for people who do not know, Sinclair broadcasting is huge... and incredibly ultra right wing partisans with no equal on the liberal side.

https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2017/7/8/1678901/-If-you-thought-the-Foxificaton-of-America-was-bad-just-wait-till-we-get-a-load-of-This

If you thought the "Foxificaton of America" was bad — just wait til we get a load of This ...

Quote:
If you’re not familiar with the Sinclair Broadcast Group, check out this post:

John Oliver's Hilarious and Frightening Warning About the Next (and Worse) Fox News

Then check out the John Oliver video, explaining who they are, and what they are doing, and WHY you should care.

In brief, the Sinclair Group wants to buy out your local News Station(s) — as many as they can get their corporate hand on. And their editorial stance is to insist that their local stations run, ultra-right, corporately-produced, conservative news pieces — under the guise of “your local trusted News Team”. Think ”Swiftboat Veterans for Truth“ on a daily basis, and you’ll get the idea; (they didn’t disclose their real origins of their mythology either.)

Well one city, currently on Sinclair’s target acquisition list is St. Louis. And local reporters there are alarmed enough, to be trying to alert their local audience, about the pending “consolidation”. And to raise a under-current of Resistance.

Sinclair’s proposed purchase of Tribune Media is bad news for St. Louis

by Jeffrey Layne Blevins, St Louis Post-Dispatch — July 3, 2017

Sinclair Broadcast Group’s proposed acquisition of Tribune Media is bad news for the principles of localism, diversity and competition in the St. Louis media market. With the purchase of Tribune’s television properties, Sinclair would own and operate three stations in St. Louis, including two major network affiliates: KDNL-TV (an ABC affiliate), KTVI-TV (a FOX affiliate), and KPLR-TV (a CW affiliate).

Why is it bad news? Sinclair, which is headquartered in Maryland, was the architect of the concept of “central casting” by providing pre-packaged news segments (including weather) that were surreptitiously inserted into the local news broadcasts of its owned-and-operated stations across the U.S. All of those local news broadcasts also carried a segment titled “The Point” by one of Sinclair’s corporate executives, Mark Hyman, that provided a politically conservative perspective on public affairs.

[...]

Under current telecommunication law, U.S. broadcasters are currently allowed to reach no more than 39 percent of U.S. television households through their owned-and-operated stations, and current rules would not allow multiple station ownership in certain markets. [...]

However, Federal Communications Commission Chairman Ajit Pai has already signaled his willingness to relax media ownership rules further, which would allow Sinclair’s purchase of Tribune to go forward. A similar situation occurred in 2004 when Congress changed the owned-and-operated television station cap to 39 percent after Fox Television Stations, Inc. purchased Chris-Craft Industries’ broadcast properties, exceeding the legal limit at the time of 35 percent.

[...]
Want to know why roughly 39% of citizens, voted for President “Clueless”?

Well, how much of the local news media markets were controlled by the Fox Network at the time — roughly 39%. A corporation that had a broadcast policy: “Say only nice things about Republicans.”

And now the FCC Chairman Ajit Pai (202-418-1000), sees no problems with bumping up that share of Media Market control — even higher, for Sinclair’s proposed Mega-purchase of Tribune.

What is a good round number that the Chairman will sign-off on ... 42% … 45% … 50% ?

Say good-bye to the “diversity of ideas” concept. Say Helllooo, to Fake News on steroids.

If you thought the Foxificaton of America (39%) was bad — just wait till we get a load of the Sinclairfication of America — when local market messaging dominance, becomes “a thing”.

There will be no escaping the conservative-themed BS, if Sinclair VP Mark Hyman ever gets his “must run” Soapbox-way. Fox and Friends staff must be “tuning up” their Resumes, as we speak.

This will be one of the more popular Halloween costumes with this next one, but be sure to add enough bandages so you don't get beat up, beings that CNN is so loved and popular.
