Nope the more I windsurf the worse my diet gets |
Gout triggers are quite specific; a good diet with a bit too much trigger foods (high purines) can set it off. It normally -- not always -- sets the big toe on fire, not an arch.
Your WSing would benefit from a good diet. How's that for motivation? |
