The Seal Beach Swap is when SoCal windsurfers meet and sell their old gear for a pitifully low percentage of what they paid for it. It's an AMAZING event if you're looking for used gear to buy, and a good way to get your old gear out of the rafters and sell it off. Sometimes shops will come and sell NEW stuff for some good low prices, too.
