This was the first windsurfing lesson I took ever and it was very useful.
I was kind of stuck in the sense of not knowing what to add to my sailing after more or less mastering my carving/planing jibes and high wind skills. Now I have a good repertoire of new moves to try. Nothing too fancy but straight line Duck, Duck jibe, one handed jibe and one handed 360 are enough to keep me going for a while. And I was surprised by how, with the proper instruction, I could manage a one-handed ... well ... 295 ... in just a few tries.
Very much recommended! |
