Gang,

Great wind, at least in quantity, the last 2 days. The same could be said of the swell. And the haze from all the thunderstorm masses south and north of the Gorge made for poor light. Still, here are a few hot shots.

Hey Mr Iwindsurf, you call your self a photojournalist! why don't you show the pics you posted of "irresponsible strapless kiter"in full context...I was there watching and there wasn't more than 5 wsurfers, all your showing is close up, show the whole river and it will show a differeant picture...shame on you!

Geeze you really can't be this clewless. Do you NOT think photograhers show what they want to show? Do you never watch the news on TV?

But thanks for the laugh. You probably still believe what you see on TV is accurate and not edited for ratings.....

Uhhh Mr. puppydog

Did you look at the photos in the link at the start of this thread? The photos show several great windsurfers and there are several hot shots of the amazing and well known kiter in action.

The image collage I posted on page 2 the separate "Kiting at the Hatchery?" thread does show the same kiter wiping out several times. And he lost his board many times since he was strapless while doing jumps. When you shot the best, kiters or windsurfers you get lots of shots of wipeouts.... lots of wipeouts is part of why they are the best. And those photos are fun to look at.

I will leave it to others to decide if losing a strapless board a lot at the Hatch Point is appropriate. But I sure as hell did NOT call the kiter an "irresponsible strapless kiter" in my post. Check the post..... the word I used was "Awesome"
