Small is beautiful. There are a lot of people who live in small houses or small rooms. Some people prefer small homes due to the ease in maintenance. Some can only afford to live in small apartments. Today most of the Cochin apartments are small and built for middle class people. No matter what the reason is every person likes to keep his house beautiful and not look cramped. For this one needs to make adjustments to their lifestyle.

One can make the place look cozy and intimate. Soft, snuggly upholstered pieces, dark, warm tones and dramatic lighting can transform ones small house into a wonderful private space. But if one wants to make the place look big and stretched out, there are some decorating changes that can make the area look and feel larger. Color, furniture and its arrangement, interesting lighting etc can make a place look big.

One should not have too much stuff which will make the place look cramped and small. One can dispose the unwanted stuff and organize the less wanted stuff behind the walls, on shelves or under the tables or bed. The space in view will look orderly and open when unwanted things are disposed or out of sight.

Furniture and accessories should not block the view into a room or out to open spaces. It should be moved out and away from walkways so as to give the place a larger look. Tall furniture should be kept along the wall while short pieces of furniture can be kept in the open.

Light and cool colors give an open and airy look to the place, while dark and warm colors make a place cozy and intimate. Pieces of furniture which match the wall color tend to blend with the space. A well-lit room always looks larger than a dark room.

Put yer freaking repetitive spam in the Spam (Industry & Promotions) section. You're just going to drive away customers and attract flies here. Do you think that ANY of us doesn't know you posted "Sharlene's" response?
