Had the opportunity to sail a 5.8M and 5.2M Ezzy Panther over a few weeks. 5.8M on a RRD Firemove 100L and the 5.2M on either a RRD FreestyleWave 78L or 96L. Sails had real nice low end power yet while sailing over powered I was still in my comfort zone. Conditions were relatively flat to choppy conditions. Only sails in this size range I've used for comparison has been the NP Atlas. Prefer the Ezzy over NP. Just feels better as the sail powers up and down in gusty conditions. Ezzy rigging guide makes for easy rigging and fine tuning. |
