Well, Mr. Obama may have saved us from himself, himself. If ANY Supreme Court Justice was sitting near the fence on O'Care's legitimacy, Obama's unlimited arrogance might have sealed O'Care's -- and thus O's -- fate. Not satisfied with lying about AND wrongfully condemning the Court at the State of the Union speech, now Obama not only denigrates them again yesterday but WARNS them not to reject his law. As a Constitutional law specialist, he HAS to understand that our checks and balances system includes the Court, yet now he -- the King of Unelected Czars With Almost Unlimited Power -- emphasizes his absolute arrogance by effectively rejecting the "unelected" Judicial Branch of the Federal Government.

And NBC, Obama's most blatant media propaganda source, is investigating its own Today Show after it was caught doctoring the 911 call on the Trayvon Martin case to make Zimmerman look racist. What should we expect from a network that hires Al Sharpton?

Your guy's falling apart.

Tsk, tsk, Mikey.

Such unbridled hatred for the guy who sends you a free government handout.

Seemingly, isobars thinks that the Citizens United case was rightly decided.

I have to strong disagree. Corporations are not people. Most thoughtful folks recognize that, and view the court ruling as highly activist in nature overturning established law. Along with the Gore vs. Bush case, the current majority of the Supreme Court will always wear the stain of incredibly poor jurisprudence, and time will prove that true. Unfortunately, the ACA case might continue to show a trend of highly suspect activist judgments.

I believe the practice was called "legislating from the bench" and many on the right feared it and warned against it - until a conservative majority on the court decided to do just that.

Isn't that panting that we hear from the tea party Republicans hoping that the radical right wing majority on the Supreme Court will ultimately overthrow Roe vs. Wade?

I wouldn't be surprised if the next major activist attack from the court will rule and conclude that Churches are people. With those clamoring on the Christian right openly accusing the Obama Administration of violating the rights of the Catholic church in the recent decision to protect woman's reproductive rights under the ACA, that kind of bizarre and irresponsible outcome could be possible.

I know you guys love to rain on iso's parade at every opportunity, but why no comments on the NBC issue?

Caught dealing from the middle of the deck while trying to "play the race card" again? Nothing like manipulating the facts to try and stir up a hornets nest of racial hatred.

Those idiots will take a page from the Fox playbook and blame an unnamed, defenseless -- probably imaginary -- intern.

When I see Sharpton, I switch channels. I prefer O'Reilly to Sharpton.

At least O'Reilly makes me laugh.

This is all so predictable. If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the Administration, they will be hailed for their wisdom. If they rule against, they will be castigated as partisan activists. The post-hearing rhetoric from the President and senior Administration officials suggest to me that they think they have lost and are setting the stage for the latter option. With regard to the Martin case, if Zimmerman is not charged due to lack of evidence, there will be trouble; if he is charged and found not guilty, there will be trouble. If people are hurt, or worse, NBC, MSNBC and CNN will be complicit. Their reporting has been reprehensible.

How bout the Drudge Report? Showing doctored pictures of Trayvon, are they complicit?
Is FoxNews and Glenn Beck complicit when an abortion doctor is murdered? Give me a break Mr Gybe, your above commentary is ridiculous. Assuming there will be trouble if Zimmerman is not charged, is weak and old school Rodney King negative. You're getting EVEN more cynical as you age.
