I pulled up last year's temp chart and it really was much colder at this time.
It's going to warm up fast, too. Today will be another one that will reach the high 70's with near full sun. In my twenty two years of windsurfing in Falmouth, I have rarely been in the water in March and that was when I was in my early 40's. Recently I have not been sailing in April, but this time around I was out comfortably on the 5th at Wacko.

Today's water temp reading finally got above 50 F - 11 days later than last year. It has been a few degrees warmer near shore for a wile, though. Now if the wind could please return..
