Shredbob I guess I was a little groggy this morning and reading the air temp from yesterday by mistake. I will try and not post until the coffee kicks in from now on. Embarassed

Windalert's map is showing 51 deg. in Lewis Bay and off Chatham. Wow.

The contest reading at 44020 is now 45.9 on Mar 20.

If no one wins, or if the winner so chooses, we can decide who the most likely candidate of the entrants is to need the repair tape. Someone will be stuck with it.

NEED RULE CLARIFICATION!

Ed, can the 50 deg sea temp date go over your guess date or not? If so, YOU got until 3/23 at which point our guesses ( mine 31st) is equal to # of days closest.

..as you can see I got nothing better to do at lunch.... Wink

And my sails might be good, but I could always use the repair tape due to skegs and ice runners! Laughing
Jerry, YOU could always use it for G-Whitety bites...should you survive Shocked

46F today, 43F 5 days ago. That is .6 degree/day so 4 more degrees =6.66 days from now so about the 28th.

I think you need to guess the exact day, but dont worry Brownie, even if you dont win, I have some repair tape for you, for all the stuff you have built and repaired for me over the last 3 decades.

If no one wins, we will vote on the most likely to need a "fix".

earliest season in memory. no gloves is key to me, i hate em.
