around nyc we've done blizzards, pounding rain, sleet, sliding across ice to get to the water, winter warm air rain storms, wind storms,
as long as the water is still liquid and we can get enough wind to ride (small gear) we are happy.
doestn steady wind, hatteras style, makes for a longer sailing day...? |
