Ranger # 1522 found a Mistral Screamer II board, a 6.5 North sail, 1-1/2 carbon mast, a sail bag but no fin and no boom off the north cove water of Candlestick Point this afternoon around 2:00PM 8/13/11. Wondering if someone lost the fin while sailing and tried to swim back with the rig. Still can't explain the sail bag and the extra 1/2 mast. If anyone lost the stuff or knew what is going on, please call the ranger #1522 at 415-671-0145.
