Where in Florida (Brevard county) do you launch

Recently moved back to Brevard county and was curious where everyone launches to go windsurfing. I know Kelley park is a huge place to windsurf but I live further south and prefer not to drive far. I've seen what appears to be some reasonable launch spots near Pineda causeway and on Eau Gallie causeway but I haven't seen anyone launch from there. The launch sites look OK but I wonder what the lay of the water is like (shallow, submerged obstacles, etc...).
