It was supposed to increase through the day and right now it looks dead everywhere??

It is really up and down (is there something wrong with the Kalmus meter?). I'm thinking about staying closer to home and running over to Pleasure Bay a bit later this afternoon, assuming it still looks sailable. It was averaging 21 SSW (17-25) at 1:10. Hopefully it will build.
