Fox was banned?
Hockey jersies with Canadian team names must be banned on Maui. You can't get them anywhere.!!!!
Fox sells a product. It sells to cable companies.
They have people who want buy it. A cable provider thought it wouldn't sell in Canada, so they didn't buy it to transmit in that market.
Some other company trying to compete by offering a slightly product is selling it to RR,seemingly a happy customer.
If America switches the dial to CNN and Fox loses most of its customers, fox will be identical CNN in a short time. |

| One wonders how well Fox News does in Canada. Are a majority of Canadians listening to Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Alex Jones? Maybe they could give a crap about right wing American politics and the media that promotes it. Why would they really care? |

I saw the link. I'm referring to the ban long before 2011, back when they allowed Al Jazeera but not Fox, according to Canadian friends a decade ago. Just the facts that a) the rumors dwell on the claim that Fox Lies and b) Canada and the UK strongly limit free speech are bad enough; whether Fox is or was banned is of less interest to me. |
