I can think of two explanations:
• You haven't complained directly to them. They don't read this crap.

Maybe they're not sure who the real recipient should be.

shahn, I had the same problem. Many replies but none of it was getting through.
I eventually posited that iwindsurf was getting blocked by my email provider and switch my email address to a gmail.com address. Messages started getting through at that point (though the original replies to my email were sadly lost forever). |

| The cure is to add iW to your e-mail program's whitelist. Of course, some email programs don't allow that. |
