Hatteras Wave Jam 2010 is ONE WEEK away!

Very long term forecasts are showing some swell and wind as the event window opens Sept 15! For those planning the last minute decision to pull the trigger and head out to the islands, be sure to keep a keen eye on the forecast. If even there are a few stars, no problem! We will be offering SUP wavesailing for light wind! Don't have a windsurfing SUP, no problem, try/demo one at the Jam!

I am trying to get a Northern contingent going
I have a new AWD van and plenty rack space

But I got to bust a couple of rusty screws loose in order to make it worthwhile, and there are the usual work/family things along with the fact that it's really nice here right now. None-the-less it could be good, and i think maybe it's time to get busy!

The forecast models for the Hatteras Wave Jam window are coming into play and right now we look to SCORE some excellent conditions!!

A 5 to 6 ft swell at 12 to 14 sec is forecast to arrive Wed/Thursday during the Jam event window. Additionally, moderate SW winds are forecast! Though, wind speed forecasts are not very reliable this far out, the direction should hopefully fall in line, and with the excellent swell forecast, we should have some prime Hatteras Tropical wavesailing for Hatteras Wave Jam 2010!

If you want to wave sail and are on the fence awaiting a call on conditions, they look great!
