Life issues - big time today

3-5 toss and turn with wind howling
5-6 eat, suit and arrive at beach - PJ's, isn't that something that kids wear?
6:10 40F / WSW / 30+ / 75% Cloud Cover - too cold & too side shore of a tack to be on my own with the cold temps. (rare that I go home in my so-called back yard)
6:30-7:30 weights
8-5 To and from MV - Blanked (0-3) by the Islanders - FYI Dan
6-6:15 CCH for an ankle x-ray (It didn't look that bad to me)
7 Home
7:10 Ordered back to mid cape Dennis for chick movie (teenagers)
8-8:30 eat left overs for a 2nd night
8:30-9 dishes
9-?? Wife back to way-the-eff-out in West Brewster to a backyard bonfire - more power to her - I'm done!

Made the run to Horseneck
On the water at 9
Shoulder to head high waves
WNW wind gusty but 5.3M/84 L combo was good 90%
Some very nice DTL wave riding.
The bigger sets were good for 1-200 yards of wave slashing joy
A few regulars there. tearing it up.

Sailed at Call Moose today. It's an old indian word for
" beach of no wind" Actually was good for a short period,
of 4.2 for me , 5.0 to 6.0 for others. 5.2 earlier for me.
A one reach tack to the point, but no waves, and slightly
less wind. The water seems to be warming up, I didn't use gloves.
A few kiters and maybe 6 or 7 windsurfers.

I looked at kalmus, and lost all motivation.

For whatever reason i drove to West Dennis, and found a blast

Amazing what a few miles can do, but yesterday WD worked
